Read MoreI am saddened to read of the passing of Rev. Airhart. Growing up as a child at Moore Memorial he was a huge influence on me. I remember so well the warm acceptance and love he gave to everyone! That love will live on in the hearts and lives of all those who were blessed to have known him.

I am saddened to hear of your loss. Some of my earliest 'church' memories are of the tall man with the big, welcoming smile: Rev. Airhart, pastor at the old Moore Memorial Church in Barberton. What a dynamic man, and what an interesting and productive life. He was a lifelong, respected friend of my parents. May you be comforted with good memories.

I was a member of Barberton M M Church when Rev. Airhart was minister. He was such a kind, good man.
