Mr. Bob could light up a room with laughter, his jokes, and his ability to deliver. He caused people to gather, share a belly laugh, and always extended the party or gathering. No one wanted to tear themselves away to leave even when they knew they had an early morning. Mr. Bob, a very fun-loving, wise, compassionate and generous, Cajun who never lost touch with his roots. During my husband's illness he sent us a very heart-felt letter. When I needed encouragement or uplifting I would re-read his letter. His delivery of his stories and jokes was the best, bringing tears of joy and laughter to many a face. Mr. Bob was a true, loyal and beloved friend. During happy times he always had a joke or story to bring laughter and joy. During difficult times he expressed words of comfort and encouragement followed by a joke or story to lighten the mood. His life and contributions made the world a much better place. He will be missed by all. He and his family are in our thoughts and prayers. He lives on in our heart bringing us joy and laughter as we continue to retell our memories and his stories....
