I worked with Bob at GM Delco in 1968. I always could look forward to his quick wit, as he kept the days interest. He was a genuine loving man. I´m sure the Lord has a special place for him. My condolences to all his family.

God Bless and strengthen the Alig family. Bob's and Helen's witness to an authentic, joy-filled, and balanced life will remain with us and I am sure others as well; not to diminish the challenging and difficult path your family has walked. The Doug and Elaine Lunne family extends our condolences on the loss of your husband and father, Robert Alig. As his obituary notes, he gave so much of himself to his family, faith, friends and profession. That is a life well lived. May he continue to inspire you, make you laugh and watch over each of you.
