We always knew no matter what was wrong you could doctor and send us the right way . We will forever love you and miss your sweet spirit . We love you and we love your dear wife Leslie . I just saw this obituary. Dr. Bob truly saved my husband's life, as well as many others. He made life better for me as a patient and friend with his deeply spiritual sense and understanding. A beautiful life.

Just noticing this obit for Dr. Allen. I remember him when he was at the Mayo Clinic many years ago. I saw his obit here purely by chance. He had a good life as I can see. Sorry for his loss.

My condolences to the family on your loss. Dr. Allen was my primary physician for years until I left the area. He always provided me with the best of care and treated me with kindness each time I saw him. We have lost a good physician and kind man.
