Not sure what to say?

Good to see patients and their families continue to keep Dr. Amato's memory alive. This speaks to the brilliant and incredibly caring doctor that Bob was and his impact on so many lives. Phil Carpenter was one of Dr. Amato's favorite patients. Like so many other families, we appreciated the extra 12 years Dr. Amato gave our loved one through his excellent care.

I am just learning of Dr. Amato's passing. I am so very sorry to hear this sad news. He was my doctor in 1998. He was such a smart and caring doctor. I am still here today because of him and the trial study I participated in. My family and I are so thankful for him! May he rest in peace!

My brother was treated for cancer by Dr. Amato for five years and he provided him with the absolute best treatment options available. He was a beam of light and hope for my bother and our family. By brother lost his battle at 34. My family has HUGE respect and love for Dr. Amato. I can't imagine a life better lived. Our condolences to him family for losing an incredible man too soon.
