Not sure what to say?

I knew Bob from photo class. He took photos of his cousin at Blackstone where he often visited and later inherited the farm.
We both became photographers. I just now found out he died and am shocked. Certainly know he had a life he chose and in a time when
the world rewarded the eye of a photographer with a good life.

Bob, I can't believe you're not here, and will never forget your mischievous sense of humor, compassion, talent, curiosity, and wonderful joie de vie. I've lost a very dear friend, and you will be missed.

Bob was a great friend and valuable assist to me with my painting career. We shared so many similar interests, especially with cars. Will miss the weekly email updates and not having lunch at d'egg ! Have a great journey my friend !

Bob, you have been part of my world for so long and enriched our community so greatly- I just can't imagine Ghent without you.

We fondly remember Bob driving his latest refurbished Ford Model A around the neighborhood, he was so proud, and we will never forget his smile. We miss him throwing a ball for Blackstone to catch -
Bob was a Mensch, a truly good person.
We will miss you, Bob.

Funny I started dating his brother 5 yrs ago and during conversations we came to realize that Rom took pictures of my family 16 yrs ago... small world and during my time with his brother John I got to know Rob and Lisa and especially Pete. They were kind enough to welcome me with open arms as I did with them. I spent maby memorable moments at the nursing home visitin with Pete and Rob and Blackstone. Rob as well as Pete you will both be greatly missed. It was a pleasure getting to know both...

Bob was a force in my life while I was growing up and I remember him fondly. He will be missed greatly.

You came into my life at a time that made all the difference for me. That was 34 years ago. You helped me believe in myself. You made me laugh and enjoy life. You will be missed. I will miss those Holiday cards and funny emails. You made a real difference in this world Bob Ander.

I have been friends with Bob many years, and am so shocked and saddened by his passing. I will miss him.
Sincerely,
Victoria Ashton
