Dearest Doug, Pixie, and Severin, We used to embroider bits of cloth and and make the knots and thread changes on the back attempting to keep it as neat as possible. Some of us had a rough time! Some see only the back of the pattern. The knots the criss-cross threads... Maybe until we enjoy looking at each thread, each colour, each texture, we do not see the picture in the front. Thinking of you everyday.

Robert was one of my closest and dearest friends, tbt when he sat me down with another friend to bring us all back together he called us his best friends. I was honored and humbled. When I was not well he even took me in as his mother did as well with open arms. We were best friends and roommates. Never met such an incredible family filled with so much love and kindness. My condolences to them and to all that had been blessed to have Robert in their lives. May he rest in peace and forever in...
