Not sure what to say?

Dear Nancy ,
Robert was quick to lend a hand no matter what the chore, large or small...he did so willingly with a smile and always graciously. My family enjoyed the time we spent with you both; I will always remember him in his running togs, riding his mountain bike or sailing the lake - his spirit will always with with us. Please remember that our thoughts and prayers are with you

Dear Nancy, I'm so very sorry. I know you must be a strong person to have gone through all of the things you have but I also know this has to hurt very deeply. I hope you will get good support from your friends and family.

Dear Nancy, Words seem so inadequate when your loss is so great, but my thoughts are with you now, as they have been for the past week. We Canal Society board members at the Roebling Chapter meeting this afternoon spoke softy among ourselves, as if trying to understand something that was completely incomprehensible. We will remember Bob as we knew him, a fellow who seemed forever young, filled with vitality and enthusiasm. My sincere condolences. Bierce Riley, Managing Editor, On the Level

My sincere condolences to the Angland family. I was lucky enough to work with Bob for many years at Bestfoods. He will be missed by so many.

Our sincerest condolances to Bob's family during this difficult time.
He was a kindred spirit with me in many identical hobbies/interests. We shall remember him with each hike along the Morris Canal. God Bless. (Jerry and Mali Korb, CSNJ)

In My Pocket
I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.
My memories are treasures I carry wherever I go.They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole They give me comfort when I think I am alone.
Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there. But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories that are the most precious.

I did know the man only his legend, the Love & History of the Canals.

Dear Nancy, Our hearts go out to you today for this tremendous loss to you...we are keeping you in our thoughts and prayers in the days ahead...Love Ben and Freda

Our Deepest Sympathy to Nancy and her extended family.
We knew Bob thru the Canal Society. We took our first canal trip to England with them. It was Nancy's first time also.
We have wonderful memories of that trip, the best ever on a Canal trip. As Andrew would say, "He was a good shipmate" Nancy, our thoughts are with you. Love Andrew and Gisela
