Not sure what to say?

We can't believe it's so long ago that Bob passed on. He was a really nice man and I'm sure his brother's miss him a great deal. I'm also sure he and his wife Marge are holding hands in heaven and are totally happy there with our Lord, Jesus Christ.

My sympathy goes out to the Armitage family, especially John and of course, Robert's family. I knew John and Robert when we were kids in Avon-by-the-Sea. His folks and my grandparents had homes across the street from one another on Washington Avenue. I have fond memories of those days in Avon and of John and Robert. Noel Engler, Englewood, Florida formerly from Short Hills, NJ.

I knew Robert in high school and had fond memories of him ~ when we and other friends all hung out together a long time ago.

I'm so sorry to hear about your Dad. What a great gentleman he was. I can still see him dressed to the 9s at the games. I always enjoyed talking with him when he came to band rehearsals. Winkie
