Robert R. Asprey

I worked with Bob at the NMSU computer center, and will miss him.

I grew up with Bob in Espanola, NM. It is a very sad day to discover he is no longer with us.

Bob was a big man with an even bigger heart! He was one of the kindess people I've ever met. He will be greatly missed.

Bob was a good friend. He was also a brilliant engineer. He will be missed.

"Dusty," I will never forget your gentle and humble spirit, my friend. A big huggable teddy bear, always ready to make a corny joke or pun, to smile and laugh. I am forever grateful for your loving generosity toward my daughter Kim. You touched so many lives and will be missed by all. It was an honor to have known you.

Bob Asprey was an incredibly nice fellow who had a positive vision of the future for all of us. His greatest dream was to be able to mine the asteriods for the resources for our future. We will have to pick up the fallen torch and continue the work! I will always remember the near constant smile on his face.
