Not sure what to say?

Ellie,
We just heard of the passing on of your husband, Bob. A bunch of us went to the LHS Distinguished Alumni Night( for Deedee) and were informed of your loss. We were all deeply saddened by the news. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
Sincerely,
Classmates of LHS Class of 1968

Bobbie

Dear Ellie,
I was so sorry to hear that Bob passed away. He was an outstanding radiologist, and it was a privilege to have worked with him. You have my deepest sympathy.
Max

Ellie: I will really miss Bob. I ate lunch with him at Baystate for many years and we had wonderful conversations about you and Ben, the novels and movies and budding screenwriting career. He was so proud of you all. I'm a Dartmouth '68 so we talked about that too. Bob and I also did many conferences together at Baystate and I respected his medical knowledge and ablity to communicate. My wife Roberta and I send our deepest condolences and share in your sorrow. David

It was wonderful knowing Bob. Ever since hearing the awful news of his passing, I've found myself smiling at memories of his wit, his savvy and his sensitivity. My deepest condolences to you, Ellie, to Bob's mother, to Ben and to the entire Austin/Lipman family.

Jerry

Ellie: I send my deepest condolences. Having three years ago lost my own husband, I can imagine what you are going through now. It's a long road ahead, but family and friends can help you travel along that road.
