Not sure what to say?

My wife and I were casual acquaintences of Robert. We used to have fun watching Cardinals and Blues games together at the Weidman Rd McDonalds, and Ballwin Wendys. Bob was just a great guy to be around and root for our teams with. He'd always give us a big smile, when we checked out at Schnucks. You can see he was beloved by all there. We were very sad to hear of his illness and recent passing. Much too young. Our condolences to his family and friends.

When you saw Robert, your day was instant brighter. He radiated light and kindness to everyone. And he loved foxes. We would always talk about foxes we had seen when we saw one another. Robert, I’ll always think of you when I see one thank you for making us smile and lifting our spirits with your warmth and humor. I loved your jokes!! You are forever in our hearts.

I didn't know Bob personally but was fortunate enough to speak with him many times at Schnucks. He was the most kind hearted person and always had a smile on his face. I am so saddened to hear of his passing and will miss seeing him.

We have enjoyed knowing Bob mostly as a dear brother to our wonderful Rose who was number one good friend to our son. Blake not only at Parkway South but through college and most of his life. Also Bob, indirectly, brought Nicky and Rose to our daughter, Desta's doorstep as a sweet houseguest and companion to Desta. Sloan, and Adela Gingrich. Love in Christ and blessings to the family...The Brad and Gloria Baraks family. Desta, Sloan, and Adela Gingrich

What a kind heart and such a giving person

What a lovely life story you’ve documented. And that smile! You must miss him so much. All of my love to you and the whole family, Rosie. ❤

I met Bob when he and Rose’s parents visited the DC area. He was a sweet soul and very friendly. I know he will be missed by many. My condolences to his family and friends.

I went to high school and played soccer with Bob (a fellow "Armadillo") and would run into him almost weekly at Schnuck's. If he wasn't working self-checkout I'd look for him in full-service. Regardless of how busy things were, he'd always have time for a lightning round of "Name that Artist: Who's currently playing on the Schnuck's PA system?" Bob was unbeatable on the AM Gold stuff. ...Torn between two lovers, feeling like a fool...la la la. "Hmm...," I'd say. "Olivia Newton John? Wait!...

Though I didn’t know Bob, the day I learned of his passing it felt like I had lost a family member. I loved seeing his smiling face and witnessing his positive energy at Schnucks. He was definitely my favorite employee! His kindness and genuine caring personality were appreciated by so many and will not be forgotten. My sincere condolences to Bob’s family for their tremendous loss of a wonderful man.
