Not sure what to say?

Mr. Baft had a great impact on me and I'm sure many others. He could be tough as nails to work for at times but always fair. I often think about the lessons I learned working for him and the "tough love" he gave us all. He was a true leader who cared about his people. I also still laugh at the many funny things he would say. He will surely be missed.

Don King was a bowling friend of Bob.So sorry for your loss.

Mr. Baft was a great man & manager. I enjoyed working with him. Terri Sturgeon Speicher

Always a hard worker with a smile and golf club in hand. Blessings to the Baft family during this time of loss.

Enjoyed Bob on the golf course very much. He was so much fun.

Anita, Dan, Alison and the entire Baft family-My sincere sympathy in the loss of your father. He was respected and loved by many. He was a good man and I learned a lot from him. I'm sure all of you did as well. May the memories you have of him take you from sadness into a place of peace and joy knowing your lives were made better because of him.

I'm very sorry for your loss. Bob taught me a lot and was a great mentor for me while I worked at Liberty. He will be missed. He always made an effort to keep in touch and I know he loved his family/grandchildren very much. He was tough on the outside sometimes, but when it came down to it he was a considerate and honest person.

Please accept my sincere sympathy on your loss. I worked with Bob at Liberty Mutual for many years and played in many of the company golf outings with Bob. He could always make one laugh when they were having a bad day. I will miss seeing him at the annual retirees luncheon. Linda Valek

Baft Family,
I had the pleasure of working with Bob at Liberty Mutual. I did get to see him at the retiree luncheon in 2012. He talked about his family and grandchildren. He loved his family for sure. He was a wonderful man i had the pleasure of knowing. My deepest sympathy to the baft family
