RIP Kim Bailey. This happy go lucky man, who my wonderful friend I have misplaced (John Bracken) introduced me to, was my boss at Travel Management Consultants...he would take his beautiful dog "Max" if I recall correctly, thru the drive thru and buy him a Whopper, or similar, frequently....it appears we both ended up in the restaurant business 500 miles away from one another...he took me to a Frank Beard restaurant once and to his Tampa country club...I wish he had been able to reconnect...

Kim was a great texter. Every so often over the course of several years he’d electronically pelt me without mercy, sending a buffet of photos and descriptions of food he’d made at Bailey’s Catering. I’d return volley with some silly quip and a weak attempt to keep up with sharing something I had grilled.

He’d fire a strawberry pie heaped with homemade whipped cream across the bow. I’d shoot back with cannon fodder of short ribs so sexy, they could have been wearing garter belts. It...

Kim was such a wonderful man! His heart and his door was open to anybody that wanted to enjoy a good meal or visit while in Tampa! Our family in Maine will enjoy that blueberry cake real soon, the one he always raved about!

I'm very sorry to hear of Kim's passing. We were frat brothers at Andres back in the early 670's
