Robert Allan Bailey, 44, a longtime resident of Toccoa, Georgia, a U.S. Army veteran, a member of the Baptist faith, passed away at Stephens County Hospital on Saturday, March 10, 2001. The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 15, 2001, 1-2 p.m., at Acree-Davis Funeral Home Hillcrest Chapel, 350 South Pond Street, Toccoa. Memorial services are scheduled for Thursday, 2 p.m., at the funeral home, officiated by Reverend Jerrell Beatty.
