I heard about your dad's passing from my brother Mark who resides in Lansing. My very best to you both, your sister and you mom ( a great woman and cub scout leader so many years ago). Truly you dad's accomplishments made all of you so very special as individuals,

My condolences to the Baker Family. Doc was instrumental in helping me get a "Friends of Ithaca College" scholarship and made my college education much more affordable. I'm sure there were countless individuals like me he helped along the way. Doc was also a very generous philanthropist. He was very supportive of Big Red Athletics and a regular in the colonnade for home football games. All of us in Cornell Athletics are grateful for his support and will miss him.

My sincere sympathy's to Dr. Baker's family and friends. What a wonderful man he was.I worked for him for many years and his teachings are still with me today. He has a beautiful soul. God Bless.

I am so very sorry to learn of Bob's passing.

Bob was absolutely devoted to his dentistry students in Rochester. So many people attribute their success in practice to lessons learned from Dr. Baker.

Hundreds of colleagues, students and friends had the privilege to salute Bob with a hearty standing ovation, last November, as he received an excellence award in recognition of his contributions to Dentistry and to Dentistry at the University of...

Dr. Baker was a very special man all his life & I wish to send my most sincere sympathy to Mrs. Baker & family. I was an employee for 17 yrs. & can certainly say how devoted he was in his career & to his family. I am a better person today because of him. Cherish the memories.

Please accept my heartfelt sympathy in your time of great sorrow. I had the pleasure of working for Dr. Baker and seeing first hand his love for education and the community. I truly admired his devotion to his work, education, and family. Dr. Baker has touched so many lives and will be sincerely missed.

As a life long family friend of the Baker's for generations I am deeply saddened by this loss. Dr. Baker or "Senior" as he was known to many was an active member of the Ithaca community and embodied what we all hope to be as we age. His loss is a loss for the community as well.
