Robert Baldwin had the ability to see the possible and make it happen. Building a gas pipeline and natural gas utility for Alaska nearly 50 years ago is an example. Thanks to him, the state has saved billions of dollars in fuel costs. He was a first-class gentleman and I feel fortunate to have known and worked for him.
