Not sure what to say?

So sorry. I worked at Virginia Federal. Mr. Barclay was a genius. He handled many business deals for me personally. He will be truly missed, Jean Schlegel

Dear Rob and Family,
On behalf of the City of Suffolk Treasurer's Office, I want to extend to you and your family our sincerest sympathy on the loss of your father. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
Sincerely,
Ronald H. Williams, City Treasurer and Office Staff

He loved coming down here to Virginia Beach. We have missed seeing the occasional lights on in the kitchen, the car in the driveway, and him wearing his fishing cap ! He was a strong, purpose driven gentleman. Those of us who have lived here on Rudee Inlet for such a long time will always remember him.

Many years ago I worked with Robert on civic projects for Portsmouth. He was an incredibly talented and well- motivated man. He was always looking out for "the other"...a trait that endeared him to me.

He has lived a long a fruitful life. I am proud to have known him. May he rest in peace.

My deepest sympathy to his family and friends who are grieving his loss.

During the difficult days to come, may the promise at Isaiah 35:5,6 give you comfort and hope.

Our thought and prayers are with you all. Love,Bob, Cameron, Jennifer, Allison Eagle

I am extremely sorry to hear of your family's loss. Mr. Barclay was a great man and good person. I grew very fond of him in my 8 years at Cooper, Spong & Davis. He will be truly missed by all that knew him.
