My name is Chad mills Dr Barnes was my first Dr and according to him later I was one of his first patient he was my Dr till I turned 21 he got me through a lot of stuff

I just saw this obituary. Dr. Barnes was the pediatrician to my two (now adult) sons. He was kind, patient & loving toward my children. He helped me survive my fears as a "new" mom with humor & kindness. Thank you Dr. Barnes for all you did for our family.

He was my Dr from the beginning till I turned 19 he was a good Dr always smiled very helpful I'll miss him

It has been years since seeing Doctor Barnes, but I was one of his first patients. I hold fond memories from my childhood and hate I was never able to see him again after all these years. I remember him as a great doctor and a man I will truly miss. R.I.P Doctor Barnes, I will miss you.

Bob and I were friends and colleagues for many years. A wonderful man. The epitome of a southern gentleman. He will certainly be loved and missed by all who knew him.

I was a patient of Dr. Barnes, whose care many were very lucky to have. He will be so fondly remembered and so sorely missed

I AM SO SORRY TO HEAR OF DR. BARNES PASSING. I REMEMBER MANY TIMES HE WAS THE DR. OF A PT. I WAS TAKING CARE OF ON THIRD FLOOR. HE WAS A GREAT DOCTOR AND ALWAYS SO NICE AND EASY TO WORK WITH. MAY GOD BLESS YOU IN YOUR SORROW.

I am so saddened to hear of Dr. Barnes' passing. He was such an integral part of helping diagnose my daughter's health issue when she was young. He has been in my prayers and I would always check in with Donna to see if she had heard from him. Prayers going up for those he left behind. May God comfort you during your time of grief.
