To the Barrigan Family - I met Bob and Irma at the reunions for the USS Tangier. We hosted the reunion in Des Moines in 2004 and I can see Bob enjoying the company of other sailors. This is quite a loss and I truly understand after losing my Dad on June 17th. May the memories help each of you as you face tough times ahead without your husband, dad, and grandfather.
