Not sure what to say?

To the Barrigan Family - I met Bob and Irma at the reunions for the USS Tangier. We hosted the reunion in Des Moines in 2004 and I can see Bob enjoying the company of other sailors. This is quite a loss and I truly understand after losing my Dad on June 17th. May the memories help each of you as you face tough times ahead without your husband, dad, and grandfather. The world has lost another from the greatest generation. Sincerely, Amy Williams-McKern, Des Moines, Iowa daughter of Frank...

You are an inspiration to us all Grandpa. I am so proud of you.
You'll always be in my heart.

I REALLY MISS YOU AND WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU.

Dear Grandpa,
You were the best grandpa a person could ever have. Thank you for everything that you had for me and my family. I will always miss you.

Always Loving,
Your Grandson Adam

Irma, I remember Bob as a quiet and gentle man. Sending love and peaceful thoughts to you.

Irma, our prayers are with you.

I will always remember and appreciate Bob's generosity and warm welcome that he extended when my wife and I moved to Washington D.C. as complete strangers to the area. As an FAA co-worker, I learned to respect & appreciate Bob's expert advice. His easygoing manner and constant smile always brightened the workplace.

Bob, we miss you.

Your friend always,

Dear Grandpa, We love you, we miss you and know you are in God's everlasting presence. Irma, God bless you and keep you in comfort always.

Love,

your daughter-in-law, Haime

Dad, you will always be the person I try to emulate. Your wisdom, kindness and service to your family and country will never be forgotten.

Love,Honor & Infinite Respect,
Your son, Robert, Jr.
