Not sure what to say?

Dear Edith and Family,

May God bless you.

Edith you and Bob played a big part in my life when we first met. I was new to the Lord, and your constant prayers help me keep my eyes on HIM who gives us such unmerited blessings. I pray that our Lord blesses you and comforts you at this time.

By HIS grace.

Edith and Family,
We are sad for your loss and yet rejoice in Jesus's gain. You are in our prayers and we love you.

To the Barton family. My heart is heavy with the hearing of Bobs passing. i knew Bob back in the days when i was with the rochester fire dept.good man and good fire fighter. He is at rest now and i'am sure he will be pulling hose up there even if there is no fires.. my prayers are for him and his family too.. Dickie 'D' (dick D'Imperio)

Dear Edie and Family,
I was very sorry to hear of Bob's passing. We have lost a person who truly cared about others. I remember visiting Larry at the firehouse with our kids. Bob's smile always gave away the teasing that would be part of the conversation. He left us with good life lessons... helping others, being friendly and always smiling. I hope that you can feel the prayers and support of all of the people whose lives he touched.

Dearest Edie and children,
I am truly sorry to think of the pain and sorrow you are feeling at this time. When I reflect on the hours spent with your family I realize what an influence you made on my life. Bob could always make me laugh and always was able to make any situation into a very interesting story. May you find peace and comfort in remembering your special moments with him.

To the Barton Clan,
As I write this from Bill & Shirley's house in Florida the fond memories of growing up under the influence of Bob and Edie come flooding back to me. Bob was definately one of my best friends, who I respected and admired as I matured. These last few years I missed him not teasing me about the FD, being on the village board or any other topic that he thought could "get my goat". I loved it. So many laughs and so many stories - he was one of a kind.

It...

We will miss you Bobby. You were one of Als favorites. Spencerport won't be the same without you.

Dear Edie and Family,
Andy and I are so sorry to hear of Bob's passing. Please accept our deepest sympathies.

I learned a lot about euchre and a lot about life at Bob's kitchen table. I fondly remember him calling us Agnes when our hair would get a little long :). Next to my own fathers influence, it was men like Bob, Gramps, Homer, Red etc that I looked up to as role models. I am so fortunate that my life was touched by Bob. My thoughts and prayers are with all of the Barton family.
