My condolences to the Basinger family. I remember Bob well. He was always so very nice to me. I lived next to Gma Basinger on Pears St in Lima when I was growing up. Because of that I became pretty good friends with Bill then the remainder of the family. I have such wonderful memories of Bob through the years, from when he crafted my engagement ring, to helping with the OEC classes, thru Raudabaugh family connections - get togethers and story telling.

The world has lost an amazing man. His leadership, guidance and personality while serving the MRM Ski Patrol was invaluable. He was my Ski Patrol mentor and a dear friend, and I deeply mourn his passing. RIP my friend.

I was saddened to hear of Bobs passing he has been a in my life for 30years as a friend, mentor , and Patroller. Bobs impact reaches far and wide not only in the patrol community but also the Lima community. He will be greatly missed

Sorry for the loss to the family and community. I graduated from Shawnee with Bill and although meetings with Mr. Basinger weren´t frequent, they were always pleasant.
