I just found out about this today. I worked with Todd in the Accounting department of Pinnacle Medical from 1998 to 2009. He was the best boss. I lost touch with him after that. He was there for me when my mom passed and when my grandma passed and when I got divorced. I will always remember him fondly.

Todd...Hoping you are at peace and somehow know you are truly missed. You were always a source I'd inspiration to me. I think of you often and will always cherish your kindness when you took me and my granddaughter to your daughters Christmas ballet program. Dear Batey family,
I only worked with Todd for a short time but he would find ways to make his staff feel appreciated. Todd would stand his ground... even though it seemed unpopular or if he thought compromised. He never dismissed the needs of others and would struggle to give more. He always spoke highly regarding his children. You could see that he was very proud of how beautiful & accomplished they had become. Todd missed his dad who had also passed too soon. His family sentiments ran...
