Not sure what to say?

It is so hard to believe that it is almost a year since my dad's passing. My father was and is my hero. I miss him more each day. I would give anything to hear his voice calling me "Yenny" once again. He taught me to always do my best: to never, never, never give up: and to value my family, god and my country. My dad's sense of humor always seemed to uplift my spirit and my many memories of times we spent together comfort me now. Dad's wisdom and intellect was often and is now my guiding...

Our thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.

My prayers and love go out to all the Baumann's. I thank you all for letting me part of your family for so long. "Uncle Bob" was a wonderful, fun man to be around. He always made you feel special.

I WAS NOT ONLY A CAMPER BUT A COUNSELOR BACK IN 1967. I REMEMBER UNCLE BOB RIDING HIS HORSE WITH HIS INDIAN HEAD PIECE DURING COLOR WAR SAYING HOW-HOW. HE WAS A GENTLEMAN AND WANTED ONLY THE BEST FROM HIS STAFF TO PROVIDE FOR THE CAMPERS.REMEMBER WHEN THE CAMPERS HAD TO GET THEIR HEADS WET IN THE POOL ?

I was saddened to hear of "Uncle" Bob's passing. He had such a dynamic personality, being near him in a room was like being with a celebrity. My sympathy to the family. God Bless.

What a sad loss for a wonderful family! I was privileged to meet Mr. Baumann and his wife at their cabin near Lake George. He was interested in so many things that he was hard to keep up with!
My heart truly goes out to the family for their great loss.

I grew up in Oceanside. I was a classmate of his daughter Penny. I have great memories of the camp in Oceanside. There was a giant cone shaped swing at the camp...You could get 20 kids on the thing. I can still remember the sounds of kids laughing and screaming at the place.. You could hear them blocks away. A great contribution to the joys of my youth. Thanks for a great life.
