Robert Duane Beckel

Bob and I attended Jr. High School and Walla Walla High School together. Bod was the Cadet Commander for our ROTC program his senior year in 1955. I was in the class of 56 one year behind. He was either Val Victorian or Salutatorian the year he graduated. He was a exceptionally outstanding basket ball player. As kids we used to fly model airplanes. We met up at Offit AFB when I was in the Navy attending a school. His wife Donna was in my graduating class.

Bob, so sorry to hear about your father's passing. My hope is that you were able to put him to rest with living memories of both of your successful careers and a life well lived.
