we were patients of the wonderful DR, BELL for several years. He delivered four of my children and also followed them as they grew. I was so blessed to have him as my Dr. and was heartbroken when he stopped delivering babies. He kept on seeing my family and I will never forget the loving care he showed to them. I know that he now rests in Heaven.

Nancy, I am deeply saddened by your loss. Though I met your beloved Robert only once, I found him to be kind, good-humored and intelligent and I know he'll be missed by all who knew him.

My parents moved to Torrance in 1952 and became patients at Redondo Beach Medical, where they were blessed to have Dr. Bell and Dr. Halasey as their physicians. In 1988, I brought my baby into to see Dr. Bell, he immediately confirmed my fears that she had brain damage and it's cause. He was genuinely sorry for my baby and I. My family will miss him very much.
