Not sure what to say?

Dear Belizzi family,
Bobby was my best friend on our little league team, Hilchies Hardware. I played 3rd base and he was the second baseman (left handed, ha). I remember ha had an infectious laugh and was always smiling, and fun to be around. We met again on the High School field when I played for Columbia High School in my senior year. A really great fellow and I am very sad to hear of his passing. RIP Bobby,
John Glaude

I am a graduate of Albany High School's class of 1985. I also have had the pleasure of having Mr. Bellizzi as a teacher in 12th grade American History. He touch many lives in a positive way showing a passion for all that accomplished. He motivated all to do the best that they could wether in sports, or in the classroom. He will be deeply missed that all whom had the great pleasure of crossing paths with him and the community has lost one of its greatest teachers. We miss you Mr "B".

Kim , I was deeply saddened to hear of Bob's passing. The two of you were a wonderful team! It was a pleasure and a priviledge to know and work with both of you. I will keep you, Bob and your family in my thoughts.

To the Bellizzi Family and Friends:

My deepest condolences to you for the loss of Bob. While I didn’t have the pleasure of meeting him, I did have the honor of touching his life, and his touching mine. It is something I and my family will cherish for the rest of our days.
Family, friends and supporters, it is through you that Bob found the strength to carry on in the face of challenge after challenge, and I know through him you have the strength to do the same.

To the Bellizzi family,
I am from Albany High's class of 1984. Coach Bellizzi was one of my teachers and also helped me to "perfect" my swing in softball. He was such a man of integrity who loved his family. He had such a heart for people. I have no doubt in my mind that Coach Bellizzi is resting in the arms of Jesus. He was a good and faithful servant and he kept the faith and finished his course. He has received his crown of righteous. I LOVE YOU COACH B!
Blessings to you...

"Well done." I often think that this simple statement sums up Bob Bellizzi and his time with us. Our family misses him so deeply. Many have said that we shared Bob with them, but you all shared him with us, too. Our family life before and after Bob's diagnosis was always full of joy and laughter. Bob's illness was a challenge to overcome only to permit him and us to continue to live each day. His life focus never wavered from his family, his committment to the St. Rose baseball program and...

Out heartfelt sympathy to the entire Bellizzi family. We met Bob in 1995 when our son signed on to become a member of the Golden Knights Baseball Team and enroll as a Freshman at St. Rose. He spent 2 days at the College meeting the team and getting a feel for the College and came home and couldn't stop talking about the Coach, boys and school. He was so excited about starting his new adventure the next September. Unfortunately, he never got the chance because he died in a car accident...

I had Mr Bellizzi as a teacher in 1983 yet I still remember his humor and sincerity. He was one of those rare teachers who actually helped you learn to succeed. He was always in a good mood and always made class a positive time. Rest In Peace Coach B.

To the Bellizzi family,
My deepest condolences to you all. I had the honor of being in Mr Bellizzi Social Studies class. He made me feel so welcome to AHS when I was new to this country, he also liked to sing. I will miss him dearly because he was my favorite teacher.
