Not sure what to say?

Mary Martha, I just heard and will sosrely miss Bob. He was a wonderful "uncle" to me and gave us such cheer.

JUDGE BENNETT WAS A MAGISTRATE JUDGE IN POCATELLO WHEN I WAS APPOINTED TO THE BENCH IN SODA SPRINGS. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL TO A NEW JUDGE. I ADMIRED IS ABILITY AND HIS KNOWLEDGE. I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH HIS MILITARY EXPERIENCE AND HIS DEDICATION. WE HAVE MISSED HIM FOR A LONG TIME IN EASTERN IDAHO, BUT HAVE MANY FOND MEMORIES.

A neighbor, a friend, and a great man. A very good man.

You will be missed Judge, never forgotten.

My boss, my friend and a wonderful man! Judge Bennett was always a gentleman and his time in my life was a true blessing. I loved him dearly and appreciated his work ethic, sense of humor and his truly good soul. He gave so much of himself!
It was wonderful to see how his face lit up when he talked about the grandchildren and their accomplishments. It was easy to tell he thought their accomplishments truly outshone his.
I had to laugh every time he talked about retiring. As far...

My condolences to the family of Judge Bennett. He was a very fair and honest Judge. He also had a great sense of humor. He will be missed by all that knew him. May the good Lord ease your loss. Thanks Judge Bennett for touching my life and making it better.

Bob was a good guy, a good judge and a gentleman at all times. My condolences to his family.

I came to know Bob when I was first appointed to the Bench in Franklin County (a long time ago) and began coming to Bannock County regularly from Preston. I had an opportunity to renew my friendship with Bob when I relocated here to Boise and had chambers for over three years in the new Ada County Courthouse. Bob would always come by to see if I was adjusting okay to the “Boise life” and the Ada County way of doing things. His personal concern touched me and gave me an even higher regard...

Judge Bennett sat in Boise County on several occassions when our judge was on vacation etc. I will always remember how kind and engaging he was. There were a number of times that he just stopped by because he was in the area and that was always such a treat that he would take the time to say hi and talk. I felt very privileged to know him; my condolances to his wife, Martha, and his family.

Bob was a committed and dedicated jurist. In Ada County, we judges always enjoyed his company and visits as a Senior Judge. He will be missed.
