Oh the stories I have filed in my Mackinac Island memory box! Thanks, Mr. B, for giving me and legions of other "kids" the chance to "grow up" in such a storybook setting. Although we never met Bob We bought the house he had built on Brookshire in Grand Rapids in July 1975 it was a great well built home & great neighbors, we sold the house in 2005 when we moved to Spring Lake. We send our sincere condolences to the Benser family, what a special man he was.

WOW. What an amazing life! We live in GR and have a home in Waters near Gaylord and love Mackinac Island. His family must be proud of his legacy. RIP
