Robert "Bob" Benson

Hello, Marge, Henry and I lived in the duplex owned by Doug and Sue Talley at the corner of Randolph Rd. and Wonderwood Dr. You and Bob lived one street over, on the corner of Randolph and Hunter Lane. I was so sad to read about Bob in Sunday's Observer. I remember the times you, Sue, and I were together -- very sweet memories. Around 1969-1971. Henry and I send you our deepest condolences.

Marj and Michael my thoughts are with y’all but I know you have so many friends to keep you strong . He was a successful and loving husband and Father. My prayers are with the family!

Dear Marj and Mike,
May God hold and keep you today and always. My heart is with you. Simply put, Bob is THE reason I have a college education. Had it not been for Bob’s caring, tutelage, guidance, and FRIENDSHIP I would have lived my life “just settling for.” God blessed me by putting me in Robert D. Benson’s path.
