BETTS, Robert - Of Grand Blanc, age 61, died Monday, September 3, 2018 at Wellbridge of Grand Blanc.
Funeral service will be held 2PM Friday, September 7, 2018 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint,
Pastor Michael Breznau and Pastor Dale Emery officiating.
Entombment at Flint Memorial Park.
Visitation 11am Friday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Robert was born in Flint on February 22, 1957, the son of the late Robert B. and Alithia (Tate) Betts. On March 13, 1999, he married Onelee Simrau. Robert was employed at General Motors Truck and Bus for almost 40 years. He enjoyed flying small airplane models and was an avid Detroit Tigers and Detroit Lions fan. Robert was a member of Mayfair Bible Church.
Surviving are wife, Onelee;
son, Robert A.;
step-daughter, Patricia K. Miller;
step-son, Steven L. (Stacy) Simrau;
brother, Chris Betts;
sisters, Brenda (Fred) Grimes and Kathy (Gary) Parish;
and 10 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Miranda Betts.

To the betts family im sorry. For your loss. Of andy i know andy for meny years i was in the 5th grade he in our lord hands. Now he is pain free now hes not suffering we will see him again. One day R.I.P andy. Glenda
