Not sure what to say?

I was a childhood pal. The family had a summer home in Warwick, RI where I was born and raised. Bob was 2 years older than me and I flew with him in a single engine small plane; two seats - one behind the other.
I started out as a commercial fisherman and knew his brother Sarkis who was a spots fisherman. When I got out of college I received a football scholarship to Georgetown University in Washington and my life became fastback after that and we lost touch with each other. I remember...

We knew him from the BX at Barksdale Air Force Base. He would come in and always talk and bless me and Pam. We always looked forward to seeing him come in. He never went without telling us about his four daughters and his hometown of Providence, RI. He was such a dear, kind man.

Bob was a good friend and drinking buddy. I never knew a nicer guy. May he Rest In peace.

Bob was a great neighbor and friend. We will miss him.

This Hand Salute is the last that we shall render to Robert (Bob) Bezigian our Brother-in-Arms. To his family it symbolizes the love and respect that we have for Bob. To Bob it is rendered as a symbol of honor and gratitude to thank him for the devoted and selfless...
