Bobby was a great man to alot of people. I know my dad thought the world of "Ole Bobby". I remember Bobby alot from my younger years when he use to check on me over in birdland in the cruiser when mom and dad were working,The Ole 34 district.He knew me since i was born and still rememberd me the day my ambulance crew took him home from the hosptial. Bob was my brother-in-law and friend for many years.
He had many interests over the years and one not too many people remember is that he was an actor. He was a member of the Flint Community Players and acted in several of their productions.
My first memories of him are when he was coming to the house when he was dating my sister and I was about 12 years old.
Even though I now live in Florida, we were in touch by e-mail right up until the last few months of his life.

Our deepest sympathy go out to the family. He was a great friend of my dad's and all of us missed them together after my dad passed away. We grew up sleeping in the living room while our parents played cards in the kitchen. What great times then.

All of us at the KISS (Keeping Independent Seniors Safe) program will miss talking to Robert every day. He was a part of our telephone reasurrance program since October, 2002. Robert was a gentleman with a dry sense of humor. Our thoughts are with you at this time.
