We are sorry to hear of your loss. You were lucky to be able to have Bob around for a long time, he had a good life, before he became so ill. He was my Stepmom's Cousin and they are once again together. I remember many happy gathering in the family, Weddings, Anniversaries, Birthday parties which they would attend. Frank and I have fond memories of Captain Binter. I remember when I was hired in the early 70's having to spell my last name as everyone thought I was the Captain's daughter. He tried to hide his sense of humor, but at times his guard was let down. He had a memorable impact on the department, and a long retriement. Our thoughts are with the family.
