I lost track of Bob more than 50 years ago. We were classmates together at the DuBois Junior High School on Scribner Avenue, when we were both in 7th Grade, about 1958. I remember "Robbie" well. He and his family relocated away from DuBois, and I never saw him again, as we did not attend high school together, or graduate together. My circle of friends is slowly diminishing. Very sorry to hear about Bob, one of the best hotel sales professionals ever. Bob loved the customers - he was what the old timers in sales would have called " A customers Man" - the highest praise one could give to a sales professional - fair, ethical and loyal .
He was my close associate and trusted friend for many years - and stayed in touch long after business kept us together.I will always remember and miss him.
