Not sure what to say?

Alice, I was sorry to read of Bob's death in the Duncannon Record. I always enjoyed talking with him and appreciated time spent with you both while I was in Marysville. I pray that God will give you whatever strength and peace you need in this time of sorrow.

My deepest sympathy to the family. He was my music teacher over 35 years ago in the Harrisburg School District. He was also a mentor and cared for his students which has not gone unnoticed. Great Man!

I am so sorry for your loss Lyn.

It has been a while since we were together at Pine St., but we have thought of you often. Please accept our deepest sympathy. We will always remember Bob's smile and hearty laugh. Keeping your family in our prayers. Love, Carol & Mike Putt

Dear Lyn, Mrs Bitting and Todd,
My heartfelt condolences on your loss. You will be in my thoughts and prayers. God bless you.

To the Bitting Family, may God hold you and keep you in this sorrow. I was a student in Mr.Bittings music class during his years with the Hbg.School District and found him to be a great mentor not just in the study of music but life as well. May he rest in peace and his fond memories find your peace.

AJ and family,
I was saddened to read of Bob's passing. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you during this most difficult time.

To the family of Mr. Bitting, I send my sincere condolences. He was my music teacher when I was a student many years ago in the Harrisburg School District. Rest in Paradise Mr. Bitting.

I think that he was a very positive role model and a perfect example of what a husband and father should be. He also loved teaching and was a strict but loving man. He will be missed.
