Not sure what to say?

Betty, Cheryl and family-
I was very sorry to read about the loss of Bob. I loved reading about the full life he enjoyed with Betty. Our time here is fleeting and we all need people like Bob to show us how to make the most of every minute. It brought back a lot of memories reading the synopsis of Bob's life and the notes left by friends and loved ones.Betty my thoughts are with you.I still love y' all even though it has been way too many years since we have seen each other! Deb

ALL OUR THOUGHT ARE WITH YOU & YOUR FAMILY.IT WAS A PLEASURE TO HAVE KNOWN HIM. OUR PRAYES ARE WITH YOU. LOVE YOU GENE & MARIE DAVIS GOD BLESS YOU ALL

So sad when I heard of your loss. My thoughts and prayers go out to you all!

I am so sad that I didn't have a chance to see him before he left us. He truly made everyone around him happy! I have so many fond memories of both Bob and Marty throughout my "growing up" years, and I wish I could have been there for you both last week. Marty, you are in my thoughts and prayers. I know that Bob is in a much happier place, and as Dad says, "looking for some biscuits and gravy!!" I love you and miss you so...Kristi Weaver

...it started with a hangnail... continued with love and many, many humorous evenings..now Bob can regale Heaven with his stories. The world is a more solemn place now that Bob's light has left us. Love you Bob & Marty! Anne~

My first message didn't make it through complete, so I state again, I pray that wherever Bob Black is, that he finds the "Best Biscuits N' Gravy " that he's ever had, and that he think of me when he finds it. I loved bob Black and have spent innumerable hours in his and Marty's presence.

God Bless you both.

LOve,

Jim Weaver

And now Heaven can enjoy the Ex-World Champion Alligator Wrestler, Bob Black, as I often did. Many good times have Bob snd Marty's presence included. My condolences, Marty, to you and the family.

Dearest Betty and Family,
I am so sorry that you have lost your loved one. He is now at peace and I am sending my love and prayers to all of you.

When our family lived in Michigan in the 1950's, my Dad's favorite place was the DETROIT BEACH BOAT CLUB, which still provides a social center for the township; his volunteer time ranged from being Vice-Commodore to picking up a hammer and nails when needed. Dad was also a very active volunteer of the CIVIL DEFENSE while living/working in the north. He coached and managed youth softball, and played and volunteered in adult softball where he could show off his skills as a pitcher. In...
