Bob was one of the coolest friend of my dad, Michael Grossman. I know Bob and my dad are already chatting politics and Dad showing him the way around up there. I'm going to miss him and I am sorry for your loss, Barbara. Big hugs.

Sympathy to the Blackburn family. Bob was a great guy and very supportive of those of us in the Oakland Schools. I had the privilege of having Chris as one of my students. Thoughts and prayers are coming your way.

One of the great men in education that I met in not only my career but coming into adulthood with powerful educators. Dr. Bob had the unique ability to make everyone he talked with feel special and unique. I am greatful to have known him. His knowledge, is a loss for our community that was bettered by his participation in it
