Robert Smith Blackman

Bob was my neighbor for many years in Port Norris when he decided to move to Florida I purchased his house here on Jeffries lane I remember many times helping him around the house and his huge stamp collection,one thing I always remember is when it snowed he'd be out clearing his walkway barefoot in his flip flops. To his family I have some personal belongings of his I saved clearing out the house he told me to throw away I'll look for them I believe it was some military items from his work...
