Not sure what to say?

So Sorry to hear the news about Chip. I know i'm late to the game here, but had to say that as a kid, Chip was a friend, and we shared the love of baseball together. As with many others we lost touch years ago, but the memories of playing little league are still there. RIP Chip, and condolences to the family.

I was just telling my children and husband one of my favorite storiesfrom Greenbrae Schhol- and Chip was a part of it. My brother and Chip were friends, and Chip teased me so much about a Halloween costume that I got a new nickname. I am so sorry for your loss, and wish you all the best.

I remember being jealous of 'chip' when a player from the 'varsity' baseball team passed by chip's locker and said, 'nice hit' yesterday. Chip had hit a home run the day before on the sophomore team. He tried not to smile but I could see he was proud - deservedly so!

Chip always had a smile on his face and seem to be happy all the time...I'll hope to see you on the 'field of dreams' one day.

I mostly remember Chip as a toddler, then seeing him occasionally as he grew into the man his Dad was so proud of. My husband, Scotty, and I were close friends of Chip's Dad and having only recently said goodbye to Scotty, I know only too well the pain and heartaches his family will endure. My loving prayers are with all of you.

Big Smile, Big Hugs, Big Heart. Meeting Chip at UCDavis was a gift, being his friend was a true privilege, and losing him is beyond words. I am so very sorry and pray that your heart ache is eased by the wonderful memories of Chip as a son, a brother, a husband, a father and a friend to so many. May you feel his angel hands holding you forever.
Sincerely,
Stacy Rayburn Roque

A life well lived but his story cut short. I remember him as one of my best friends during my elementary school years. My condolences to Angie, Lisa and his beautiful kids during these challenging times.

Dear Angie, Lisa, and families,
Please accept my heartfelt condolences for your loss. While our paths didn't cross often, I am so grateful to have known Chip and will forever remember his warm smile. Please know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Sending you love, and sending hugs to Elsa and Jack. xoxoxo

I had the blessing of having Chip as a friend during our years at UC Davis. Chip always had a smile and made everyone around him smile. It was a big smile. The way Chip loved life and reflected so, made me appreciate how good I had it. Chip, you were such a positive force and you will continue to be so for your family and friends. My condolences to Chip's loving Family.

My cousin Chip was a bright and energizing force. He always made you feel welcome and like you mattered to him. His passion and zest for living was a gift to all of us. Because of him we are all forever changed. The light in Chip will be carried forward through his beautiful children and wife Angie, his sister and family. All of us are better for having shared a part of him. You are in our thoughts and prayers always,
