so sorry about your lost

I had the opportunity to meet Bob just a few times, this much I know - he was a man of sincere kindness and character. He was one of the driving forces behind the mission of the Black Warrior Council, BSA. His efforts have positively impacted thousands of youth in our community. He will be missed.

I first met Bob during his time at Regions Bank in the 80's. Over his career he touched many people in a very positive way. He was always fair and honest. He had a life well lived and he will be missed.

Our grandson, Jeremy Fikes, worked for Mr. Monfore and had tremendous respect for him. He certainly was a wonderful man for young men to model their lives after.We are thankful for the time Jeremy spent with him.
