Robert "Bob" Noller, 83,joined Heaven's choir on Tuesday, December 16, 2014. In 1952, Bob started his career in banking. Bob married Margaret Hancock on February 14, 1953 in Emporia, Kansas at the Friends Church. He was in the first class of the Derby Police Academy and a part of crimestoppers....
