Dear Nancy and kids, My Mom and I are heartbroken to hear about Bob's passing. He was a good man, with a kind heart. I will never forget the countless times he came by to help my Dad fix our furnace or replace our water heater growing up. That willingness to be there didn't end when my Dad passed away, either.
