Not sure what to say?

It was a big sad shock for me to have found out that Mr.Bollong passed away. I am very sorry that I was not able to say a final goodbye to him. He was truly my inspiration, and the reason for which i chose to follow a law enforcement career.
Back in 2001 when he was my ROP teacher at Centennial I would have never dreamed that his stories of his cop days and his advice would make me want to pursue a law enforcement career. But thats how it happened. I am very thankful that i kept in contact...

A Real Hero.

I caught myself recently speaking of Beau.....he gave me my first red rose. We were sophomores in high school. I remember standing in front of my house and a light rain coming down.

Thinking of him made me want to find him only to read the news of his untimely death. I have many pictures of him as captain of our football team in High School, number 50. He was a beautiful person inside and out. I am in complete disbelief and so very sad.

Beau, I hope you are surrounded by ...

I met Bob the 1st week he was at Orange County. I was a Deputy II assigned to the main jail 2nd floor (the medical floor) and Bob was assigned to my shift. I was his "T.O.," for that tour.

Years later, back in 2004, I ran across Bobby again, as he was an officer at San Manuel DPS. I was teaching and happened to be doing a class at the Training Facility. I was definitely interested in the department, and was hired in January of 2005. I remain as a Tribal Officer to this...

Our family was shocked and so saddened to hear of Bob's death.

We have VERY fond memories of him and his family from the very first year of the 10-U "Norco Fillys" Travelball (10 yrs ago).... He was one of the 1st people to talk about how "these girls can get scholarships by using their talent" and he was right! I'd like to think that he helped inspire more than half of that team to "go for it" and I wish that he was here to see them now playing college ball, as many of them are....

I dated Robert for a short time. He used to talk about his kids and dog and how much he loved them. I use to keep in contact with him calling every few months. He was a great guy, funny and a great cook. I will miss you robert and I am saddened that I just heard this weekend about your untimely passing.

Mr. Bollong was a wonderful teacher. I had him for Law Enforcement ROP at Centennial High School. He will truly be missed!! His class was my fav. He was so devoted to his students.. He made class so fun and he always had so many stories to tell!! He was a wonderful person!!!
