Robert H. Bongard

I remember Bob as a fun loving full of life guy. He never let his physical limitations stop him from doing anything he wanted to do. He and my Dad, Don Phelan were cousins but they were good friends too. Bob and Jean and my parents traveled to FL many times and always had a great time. I will always remember his sense of humor, and his smile. I will miss him. Donna Phelan Anderson
