Pappy,
Saying good-bye to you has been harder than I thought. Being so far away makes it harder, because it's easier to think you're still at home in your chair watching TV, until I remember otherwise. I regret that I didn't make the time to visit you more when we would visit, but I'm glad I got to spend some time with you over the fourth of July weekend. You are and will continue to be missed. I remember the times Pap when you would take me down to the K-mart store at the Delco shopping center. We would go back into their little diner and you would order me a big chocolate shake. I know you did these things because you loved me. I will see you again. Don't eat all the Orange Pineapple icecream before I get there!!

"Booky" as some of us called him at dialysis. He will greatly be missed by the staff at DCA dialysis. He was such a sweetheart. We enjoyed having fun with him. I'm so sorry for your loss, but we know he's in a better place. May the wonderful memories give you comfort during this difficult time. May God comfort your family.

I have a lot of great memories of you, Pappy. You will be missed. I know that you'll be waiting to greet us in heaven. Save a recliner for me.
