I spent many a pleasant afternoon chatting with Bob at the Erie Elks lodge about the days of the Tullio administration in Erie and the many adventures he had as an officer of Erie Sand and Gravel. Bob was a fount of knowledge concerning the city and its politics. He will be missed. I hope they have Maker's Mark in Heaven.
