I worked with Robert during my active duty days at Peterson AFB. In 1999 I was the NCOIC of the High Frontier Honor Guard and he was my assistant. We performed many funeral honors in the local area and also at Fort Logan in Denver. We also provided Color Guard duties for VIP's and distinguished visitors at Peterson and Schriever AFB.
I enjoyed working with him both professionally and in our personal lives. It saddens me to know he has passed. Robert, you are missed my friend.
