Not sure what to say?

Our deepest sympathy to you and all your family. Allan and I have fond memories of our kind family doctor. Also I had the privilege and pleasure of working as a nurse at the Queen E.with Dr. Bourne. It was good Dr. Bourne came to visit and see his students at our reunion.

My sincerest sympathy to Janet and
all the family, at this time, in the loss of a great man and physician. I
was a nurse at the,Homeopathic/ Queen Elizabeth Hospital, as well as the nurse/receptionist in Bob's office for many years. He will be fondly remembered by everyone who had the luck to know him,or be under his kind compationate care; something that is hard to find today. This teacher, friend, and finest doctor will be sadly missed,

My sincere sympathy to you all. I was a nurse at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital and worked with Dr. Bourne. However, my closer ties would have been when we were student nurses and he was "our" doctor. We were all very fond of him and had great respect for him. At our last reunion that we had at the hospital, he came to join us. It was a happy memory.

As a former patient of Dr. Bourne's it is with a heavy heart that I send my deepest sympathy to and and your family
A very understanding and patient doctor, something that is missing today
