Robert H Bovat Jr.

Robert H. Bovat, Jr of Wolcott, Vermont passed away unexpectedly on November 20, 2009.Bob was born March 16, 1958. He was 51 yrs old. Bob was a very active member of the Wolcott Volunteer Fire Department and first responder for many years. These jobs were very important to him. Bob was also constable for many years. Bob loved racing, Dale E. # 3 the most. He enjoyed hunting and snowmobiling. More than anyone or anything else he loved his two son, Nathan (24) and Daniel (22). He taught them how to be strong and to stand up for yourself and what you believe in. Bob had a few good friends, they know who they are, and many more he chose to call friends. He leaves behind his beloved sons, Nate & Dan, the mother of his sons and partner for 24 years, Laura Guyette, Step Dad and Step Mom, a sister, a brother, a stepsister and 2 half brothers. A celebration of Bob's life was held Sunday, November 22 with a tribute given by the local fire departments for his many years of service.
